Any engagement arises only when separately agreed and accepted.

The public Contact form is a preliminary routing channel. Do not send detailed medical records, medication lists, detailed child information, confidential legal information, passwords or payment/card information.

An enquiry does not guarantee acceptance, availability, suitability or any outcome.

Website content may support coaching, education, structured reflection, information organisation and non-clinical wellbeing/performance discussion.

The site does not provide:

• medical diagnosis;
• medical treatment;
• prescription advice;
• medication management;
• emergency care; or
• guaranteed disease, health or performance outcomes.

Do not start, stop or change prescription medication because of website content or a preliminary enquiry. Medication decisions should be discussed with an appropriately qualified prescribing professional.

No statement about a method, service, prior experience, testimonial or approach is a guarantee of cure, disease reversal, medication reduction, prevention or any specific result.

Any enquiry concerning a person under 18 must follow the site's Young People & Families safeguarding boundary. The public enquiry form is not a detailed child-information intake or emergency/safeguarding service.
