This notice explains how Executive Athlete Lab (Pty) Ltd processes personal information through petersmanjak.com and its public enquiry process.
The launch website is an information and enquiry site. It does not provide online checkout, payment, subscription, paid booking, paid enrolment or electronic sale.
The enquiry form is designed for a brief, non-sensitive routing enquiry. It processes:
The form also contains an anti-spam honeypot field. Honeypot content is excluded from the delivered enquiry.
The application creates:
PS-YYYYMMDD-XXXXXXXX; andDo not use the public enquiry form to submit medical records, laboratory results, medication lists, detailed information about a child, confidential legal information, passwords or payment/card information.
There are no public file uploads at launch.

GitHub does not receive public enquiry content.
The application does not deliberately log submitted names, email addresses or enquiry summaries. Controlled technical SMTP/client diagnostic categories may be logged for operational purposes.
Hostinger's current service arrangements for South African customers involve Hostinger Global S.à r.l. and may involve processing or storage outside South Africa.
Where personal information is transferred outside South Africa, EAL manages the transfer under POPIA section 72 and applicable contractual/data-processing arrangements.
We do not represent that website or enquiry information is processed only in South Africa.
The site loads Google Fonts from Google-hosted resources. A visitor's browser therefore makes network requests to Google-hosted font resources.
Google Fonts is not used by this site as an analytics, advertising or remarketing tool.
At launch:
Unconverted enquiries are ordinarily retained for up to 12 months from the last substantive interaction.
Information may be retained longer where there is a lawful reason, including an active relationship, safeguarding need, dispute, legal obligation or another lawful business reason.
Information should be deleted, destroyed or de-identified earlier where continued retention is no longer authorised or reasonably necessary.
The public form is deliberately not a detailed health-record or child-information intake.
If sensitive information is sent despite the form warning, it will be handled under EAL's minimisation, access, security and escalation controls.
Any future detailed health-record intake, uploads or detailed child-information workflow requires fresh legal/privacy review before activation.
Subject to POPIA and PAIA, you may request access to personal information held about you, request correction or deletion where permitted, or object to qualifying processing where the law permits.
